We all hope that #istayathome soon becomes #ioripartoconcautela, meaning that we will soon be allowed to return to our daily activities while taking the necessary precautions.
While waiting for this to finally be possible, we continue to experiment, when allowed, with the use of all the tools that technology has made available to us to be able to work remotely. The so-called "smart working".

But is our home workstation really "smart"? How do we spend so many hours at the computer in an environment that we had not initially planned for this?
Those who know our shop know that we have always dedicated a lot of space to ergonomics.
Correct sitting should allow us not to stiffen our muscles, not to force our back into unnatural positions and to respect the natural curves of the spine with benefits for the skeletal, muscular and circulatory systems.
In this case, "active" sessions come to our aid, that is, sessions that allow us to maintain the correct position and invite us to
movement, the ideal condition for our well-being.

Variable and Thatsit by Varier have always embodied all the essential features for correct sitting: unloading part of the weight onto the knees, a seat that tilts to allow a more open angle between the pelvis and legs and correct alignment of the spine, curved wooden slides that facilitate movement and changes in inclination.
If we need a seat on wheels, Capisco and Capisco Puls by Hag offer us a "saddle" seat, adjustable depth, tilt, height adjustment of both the seat and the backrest.
Welcome "smart working" as long as the session is also "smart"!
